Immediately after the Sunday church services, there will be a catered buffet dinner consisting of two meats, three vegetables, a salad, bread, iced tea, and dessert. $8.50 per plate; RSVP required.

Special Note

Blue Ridge Baptist Church will be celebrating its 150th anniversary on May 3, 2009. Harlans are invited to join the worship and festivities on this wonderful occasion.

The church and the cemetery association are in need of Harlan support as the church undertakes the expansion of the fellowship room behind the sanctuary, and the cemetery association continues its maintenance efforts and to secure the perimeter of the cemetery to protect fragile headstones.
